PROJET BBQ LIMITED EDITION

An exclusive series of knives designed with Alexandre Turcotte from Projet BBQ. Each model will be made of high carbon stainless steel with permanent DLC coating which makes the blade completely black and further protects it from oxidation.

The handles are made of micarta, a canvas laminate impregnated with colored resin. Alex wanted a rough & tough look, so we went for something ultra durable and moisture resistant, this material is pretty much indestructible. Alex also wanted a super limited edition with black micarta for an ALL BLACK look with a touche of red in the liner to recall his logo.
