SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Processing Times:

  • Knives in inventory (Classic collection) are generally shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order knives may require a production period specified at the time of order, depending on complexity and workload.

Carriers:

  • We primarily ship via Canada Post, with tracking and insurance. A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.

Delivery Times:

  • Canada: typically 2–7 business days after shipment.

  • International: 1–4 weeks, depending on the country and customs.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free for all orders over $100.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Each knife is carefully packaged to ensure safety.

  • In case of damage during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.

  • Delays or losses caused by carriers are beyond our control, but we will assist in filing a claim if necessary.

Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, only for unused standard knives in their original condition.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with no signs of use, sharpening, or modification.

Exceptions (Non-Refundable):

  • Custom or personalized knives.

  • Knives that have been used, damaged, or improperly maintained.

  • Services (e.g., sharpening, repairs, special orders).

Return Procedure:

  • Email us at couteauxclk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide instructions and the return address.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error or manufacturing defect.

Refunds:

  • Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
